Our journey into the world of charcuterie began with a deep love for food, family, and the joy that comes from gathering around the table. We grew up in a home where breaking bread wasn’t just a meal, but a ritual that bound us together. Every celebration, every casual get-together was centered around sharing food—thoughtfully prepared, lovingly arranged. It’s a tradition passed down through generations, one that our parents nurtured in us, with every meal and every gathering they hosted. Their values of hospitality, of welcoming others into our home, became the foundation of our lives.

Inspired by these roots and driven by a passion to share this experience with others, we spent countless hours researching the art of charcuterie and exploring how to bring something unique to the table—quite literally!

 

We want to elevate the traditional charcuterie experience and offer it in a way that was as dynamic and flexible as the people we wanted to serve. And so, the idea of a mobile charcuterie cart was born. We envisioned something that could move from place to place, bringing fresh, artfully curated boards to events, large and small. Whether it’s an intimate family gathering, a wedding, or a community pop up, our goal is always the same: to provide not just food, but an experience that sparks joy, connection, and memories.

For us, it’s about more than just serving up beautiful boards of meats, cheeses, fruits, and more—it’s about bringing the heart of our family’s traditions into the lives of others. And as we roll our cart into each event, we feel a sense of pride, knowing that we’re sharing a little piece of our family history with every bite.

With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, I bring a unique blend of financial acumen and customer service expertise to Glamcuterie. My background in accounting has been essential in building a sustainable business model, allowing us to focus on quality while maintaining accessibility for our clients.

Together with my sister, I developed Glamcuterie as a mobile charcuterie bar service that brings a creative and community-focused approach to gatherings. Informed by insights from my husband, an experienced chef, I blend a deep appreciation for food and hospitality with a strategic mindset to deliver a truly memorable experience.

At Glamcuterie, we’re committed to providing honest, heartfelt service that delights and connects people, one beautifully crafted bite at a time. We look forward to serving you with both dedication and care.

After 15 fulfilling years in the corporate world as a commercial property manager, I found myself increasingly drawn to something deeper: creating meaningful connections between people and purpose. Some would even find this on my resume. While I valued my time managing properties and navigating the corporate landscape, it was the relationships I built along the way that left the most lasting impact. I believe that food has a unique way of bringing people together, much like the connections I’ve cherished throughout my career.

Beyond work, I’ve always been driven by my love for exploration—whether it’s traveling to new corners of the world, diving into the pages of a good book, or simply spending quality time with my cherished family, including my husband, and beloved dog, Snoopy. These moments of connection and discovery fuel my creativity and inspire me in all aspects of life.

Through this charcuterie business, I hope to combine my passion for creating connections with my love for food and hospitality, offering a fresh, delicious, and thoughtful experience for every event.
